The Honeymoon Thrillers are a Nashville-based Surf Rock supergroup that was formed in February 2010 from the members of Luna Halo, The Lonely Hearts, Bleach, and Mean Tambourines.

History

On March 17, 2010, they were given the premier spotlight interview on Fox 17 Nashville's "Music City Beat". They made their debut performance at the SXSW music conference in Austin, TX on Mar 18th, 2010 and quickly became a much talked about buzz band with features in Spin Magazine, and on web sites like Kings of A&R and Crazed Hits. They were also featured performers at Next Big Nashville and the prestigious CMJ festival in NYC.

They released their debut album on June 18, 2010.

On August 16th 2011, Josiah Holland played his last show with the band at The Basement in Nashville, TN.
